服务定位
Bullion Note 由 InCosmos KK（在宇株式会社）提供，是贵金属持仓与生活收支的记录和估值工具。你可以记录贵金属、收入与支出，查看行情、估值、黄金克重换算与回收价值区间。
应用内价格、估值、材料价值、黄金克重与回收参考区间只用于信息展示和记账参考，不构成投资、交易、税务或回收建议，也不是任何机构的保证报价。
行情与估值口径
产品可按你选择的市场、地区、币种、单位与计价口径展示国际现货、中国市场和金店挂牌等参考信息。行情可能延迟、缺漏或与实际成交价格不同。
贵金属估值通常根据录入的克重、纯度和所选行情计算；生活收支的黄金克重根据原始金额与当时可用行情换算；回收价值区间还会使用你选择的回收折价率。实际购买、结算或回收金额以交易系统、金融机构、商家或回收方最终报价为准。
你的记录与备份
你负责确认录入内容准确，并妥善保管设备和导出的备份文件。设备损坏、遗失、卸载、系统清除、录入错误或第三方保存位置可能导致数据丢失或偏差。
除你主动导出备份外，核心账本采用本地优先方式。可选登录不等于云端同步，也不会自动恢复设备本地账本。更换或清除设备前，请先导出并验证备份。
合理使用与账号
你不得利用服务干扰系统运行、绕过安全限制、批量滥用接口，或从事违法活动。可选账号应由你本人使用；请保护登录方式与设备安全。如发现异常，请联系 hi@incosmos.art。
你可随时停止使用、退出登录或删除账号。本地账本与已导出文件需由你在设备或保存位置另行清除。
服务变更与责任边界
服务按现状提供。我们会维护产品的可用性与安全性，但不保证行情持续、无延迟或绝对准确，也不保证所有设备、地区或第三方服务始终可用。
在适用法律允许的范围内，因依赖参考行情作出交易决定、用户录入错误、设备或第三方服务故障、以及未妥善备份造成的损失，由相应责任方依法承担。
更新与联系
我们可能随产品或法律要求更新本协议，并在此页面标注更新时间；重大变更会通过适当的产品内方式提示。你在更新生效后继续使用服务，表示同意更新后的协议。

What the service is
Bullion Note is provided by InCosmos KK as a recordkeeping and valuation tool for precious-metal holdings and everyday income and expenses. You can record metals and cash entries and view market quotes, estimates, gold-gram conversions, and indicative buyback ranges.
Prices, estimates, material values, gold-gram conversions, and buyback ranges are for information and recordkeeping only. They are not investment, trading, tax, or buyback advice and are not guaranteed quotes from any institution.
Quotes and valuation basis
The product may show reference information such as international spot, China market, and jewelry-store listings using your selected market, region, currency, unit, and price basis. Quotes may be delayed, incomplete, or different from executable prices.
Metal estimates generally use the weight and purity you enter with the selected quote. Life-ledger gold grams convert the original cash amount using an available quote. Indicative buyback ranges also use the buyback rate you select. Actual purchase, settlement, or buyback amounts are determined by the relevant trading system, financial institution, merchant, or buyer.
Your records and backups
You are responsible for checking entries and protecting your device and exported backup files. Device damage or loss, uninstalling or clearing the app, entry errors, and third-party storage locations may cause loss or inaccurate records.
Core ledgers are local-first unless you choose to export a backup. Optional sign-in is not cloud sync and does not automatically restore local ledgers. Export and verify a backup before replacing or clearing a device.
Acceptable use and accounts
Do not interfere with service operation, bypass security limits, abuse interfaces at scale, or use the service unlawfully. An optional account is for your own use; protect your sign-in method and device. Report suspicious activity to hi@incosmos.art.
You may stop using the service, sign out, or delete your account at any time. You must separately clear local ledgers and exported files from the device or destination where they are stored.
Changes and limits
The service is provided as available. We work to maintain availability and security, but do not guarantee that quotes are continuous, delay-free, or perfectly accurate, or that every device, region, or third-party service will always be supported.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for losses caused by reliance on reference quotes, incorrect user entries, device or third-party failures, or failure to keep backups rests with the party legally responsible for the cause.
Updates and contact
We may update these terms as the product or legal requirements change. The revision date appears on this page, and material changes will be communicated through an appropriate in-product notice. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

サービスの位置づけ
Bullion Note は InCosmos KK（在宇株式会社）が提供する、貴金属保有と日々の収支の記録・評価ツールです。貴金属、収入、支出を記録し、相場、評価額、金グラム換算、参考買取レンジを確認できます。
価格、評価額、素材価値、金グラム換算、参考買取レンジは情報表示と記録のためのもので、投資・取引・税務・買取の助言ではなく、いかなる機関の保証価格でもありません。
相場と評価の基準
選択した市場・地域・通貨・単位・価格基準に応じ、国際スポット、中国市場、宝飾店の掲示価格などを参考情報として表示します。相場には遅延、欠落、実際の取引価格との差が生じる場合があります。
貴金属の評価は通常、入力した重量・純度と選択した相場を使います。暮らしの台帳の金グラムは元の金額を利用可能な相場で換算します。参考買取レンジには選択した買取率も使います。実際の購入、決済、買取金額は、取引システム、金融機関、店舗、買取業者の最終価格に従います。
記録とバックアップ
入力内容の確認、端末と書き出したバックアップの管理はユーザーの責任です。端末の故障・紛失、アンインストール、データ消去、入力ミス、第三者の保存先により、記録の消失や誤差が生じる場合があります。
ユーザーがバックアップを書き出す場合を除き、主要な台帳はローカルファーストです。任意ログインはクラウド同期ではなく、端末内台帳を自動復元しません。端末を交換・消去する前にバックアップを書き出して確認してください。
適正利用とアカウント
システム運用の妨害、セキュリティ制限の回避、インターフェースの大量悪用、違法行為への利用は禁止します。任意アカウントは本人が利用し、ログイン方法と端末を保護してください。不審な動作は hi@incosmos.art へご連絡ください。
いつでも利用停止、ログアウト、アカウント削除ができます。端末内台帳と書き出し済みファイルは、保存された端末や場所から別途削除してください。
サービス変更と責任範囲
サービスは利用可能な状態で提供されます。可用性と安全性の維持に努めますが、相場の継続性、無遅延、完全な正確性、すべての端末・地域・第三者サービスへの恒久的な対応は保証しません。
適用法令で認められる範囲において、参考相場に依存した取引判断、ユーザーの入力ミス、端末・第三者サービスの障害、バックアップ未実施による損失は、その原因について法的責任を負う当事者が負担します。
更新とお問い合わせ
製品や法的要件の変更に応じて本規約を更新する場合があります。更新日はこのページに表示し、重要な変更は適切なアプリ内方法でお知らせします。更新の発効後も利用を継続した場合、更新後の規約に同意したものとします。
